FAU-G a new replacement to PUBG? A few days before, the Indian government banned 118 apps, one of them was the most famous app PUBG gaming app. Indian PUBG fans do not agree with the decision of banning PUBG by the Indian government. In response to this government is launching FAU-G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 An Indian firm is set to launch a battle royale mobile video game in partnership with Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, capitalizing on the void left by a ban on Chinese tech firm Tencent’s popular Player Unknown\u2019s Battlegrounds (PUBG). nCore Games, based in the Bengaluru, will launch its Fearless and United: Guards (FAU-G) game by the end of October, the company’s co-founder Vishal Gondal told Reuters on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This game was in the works for some months,” Gondal said. “In fact, the first level of the game is based on Galwan Valley.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clashes in June between Indian and Chinese troops along a disputed border site in Galwan Valley, high up in the Himalayas, left 20 Indian soldiers dead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

India has since hit Chinese tech firms that dominate India’s Internet economy, with successive app bans. The latest such move on Wednesday outlawed 118 mostly Chinese-origin apps; including PUBG, leaving Indian gamers shocked and angry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indian game developing company nCore Games, co-founded by Vishal Gondal who is also the CEO of GOQII, has announced an \u201caction\u201d game called FAU-G Or Fearless and United: Guards. The game is touted as the Indian alternative to PUBG Mobile, which has been banned in India earlier this week. Gondal, however, says FAU-G will not compete with PUBG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFAU-G was always in the pipeline and we were preparing for an October release. The ban on PUBG Mobile was coincidental,\u201d Gondal told indianexpress.com<\/em>. He revealed that the team has been actively working on FAU-G since May-June 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gondal together with two other nCore Games co-founders Dayanadhi MG and Ganesh Hegde has been working on three games to release soon. One is a shooting game, which is called FAU-G, second is a cricket game and third is a music game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gondal confirmed that FAU-G will be released in late October without disclosing the exact date. The music game will be released later this month while the cricket game is set to release around the time IPL begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a belief that Indian game developers can\u2019t produce good quality games, at nCore we want to prove that mentality wrong and bring out games that can compete with international games,\u201d Gondal said. \u201cOur team of developers are highly qualified and capable of developing games as good as PUBG or any other internal games.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revealing some details about the FAU-G game, Gondal said the first episode will be based on the Galwan Valley incident. With FAU-G, the aim is to make players aware about crucial incidents of our country like the Galwan Valley clash and the value of Indian soldiers. He also said that 20 per cent of net revenue will be donated to BharatKeVeer trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name FAU-G is the brainchild of actor Akshay Kumar, Gondal said. The game is said to be developed under the mentorship of the actor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
